For most media owners, advertisers and advertising agencies, perhaps the best use of the BBS can be made by special market analysis of the database. The BBS is widely used in this way to evaluate and compare potential schedules for advertising campaigns. This form of access to the data is only available to Sponsors.

An organisation can obtain access to the BBS by subscribing to the survey and becoming a Sponsor. Only Sponsors may have access to the survey data for custom analyses and/or quote BBS information to third parties for promotion, sales, marketing or any other purposes.
